Danah Travel & Tourism is a legally registered entity operating under the Saudi E-Commerce Law, governed by the Ministry of Commerce (MoC). Our commercial registration and verified Maroof platform credentials are authenticated to ensure consumer trust and operational transparency.
2. Service Accuracy
We are obligated by law to provide a clear, accurate, and non-misleading description of all travel packages, flights, and accommodations. All listed prices include VAT and administrative fees. In the event of a manifest pricing error caused by third-party APIs (e.g., Amadeus), Danah Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund prior to ticketing.
3. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
Under the MoC E-Commerce Law, consumers generally hold a 7-day right to withdraw from a purchase without justification. However, travel, tourism, and accommodation reservations are explicitly exempt from this standard withdrawal right once the booking is confirmed and scheduled for a specific date, as the inventory perishes upon reservation. Cancellations will be handled strictly according to the specific airline or hotel policy displayed during your checkout.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this portal, including the "Danah Travel" brand name, logos, UI designs, and source code, are the intellectual property of MH Studios™ and are protected by Saudi Intellectual Property Laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from the use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We encourage users to contact our support team first to seek an amicable resolution.
